Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Behavior Analyst - Travel Opportunities. As a BCBA, you will provide behavior analysis services to clients in our regions, traveling to our centers once a month for a duration of three days to provide direct services and oversee cases. You will also be responsible for day-to-day case management, completing initial intake and recurring assessments, collecting data, and creating individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality behavior analysis services to clients in our regions
  • Travel to our centers once a month for a duration of three days to provide direct services and oversee cases
  • Provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum remotely, 3 days onsite/mo (travel required)
  • Complete initial intake and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools
  • Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Provide 30+ treatment hours per week for your clients
  • Provide Family Guidance on a consistent basis
  • Lead and educate your dedicated team of Registered Behavior Therapists
  • Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living our core values
  • Discharge and Transition Planning for children on your caseload
Requirements
  • 1+ Years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Ability to travel to our regions
  • Central Reach platform experience
  • A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families
