About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office RN to join our team at the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters. This role will involve providing high-quality patient care and accommodative services to support our medical practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate excellence in nursing practice, characterized by quality patient care and participation in formal and informal patient and staff education.
  • Provide developmentally appropriate psychosocial and clinical care to patients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • CURRENT VIRGINIA STATE LICENSE AS A REGISTERED NURSE OR REGISTERED NURSE HOLDING A VALID COMPACT STATE LICENSE REQUIRED.
  • Pediatric experience is preferred.
  • CPR Training required and/or must be obtained within 45 days of hire.
  • Must provide record of a completed diploma (or equivalent) or academic transcript for those areas performing complexity testing.
Working Conditions

This role involves working in a normal patient care environment with minimal exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature, and the like. However, there may be frequent exposure to communicable disease and moderately adverse working conditions due to performance of certain patient care activities.

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
