We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Bayview Physicians Group. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical practice.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job:

As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, performing general nursing duties as requested by physicians and office managers, and documenting patient information in their electronic medical records.

You will also administer injections and medications using proper technique, take vital signs, and update patient records with any changes. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering phone calls from patients, assisting them, or taking messages for the physician.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of nursing principles and practices, and the ability to get along with the public and make patients feel welcome and comfortable.

You must also be willing to travel to satellite offices if necessary and maintain your nursing license. A strong team player with excellent communication skills is essential for this position.
