Job Summary:

The Ridgewood Financial Services team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Consultant to join our team. As a Financial Consultant, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and investment advice to our customers, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial planning and investment advice to customers, including retirement, education, and tax-advantaged planning services.
  • Sell and distribute personal investment products and services, including insurance and securities products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Work with branch personnel to generate referrals and increase business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of successful experience in the sale of investment and insurance products.
  • Active Life and Variable Insurance Licenses.
  • Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 Licenses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a competitive environment and meet sales targets.
