Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Grainger is seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide support to sales team members, manage multiple track codes, and assist with contractual reoccurring reporting, contractual pricing coordination, and track code maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support sales team members in managing multiple track codes with approx. $150M in revenue.
  • Assist with contractual reoccurring reporting, contractual pricing coordination, and track code maintenance.
  • Provide seller support for large contract customers, including National Accounts, Healthcare, GPOs, Channel Business, Gov't, and Grainger Canada National Sales Coordinators.
  • Act as a liaison between cross-functional departments, including Quotes, Cross-Referencing, Customer Life-Cycle Project Manager, Contract Enablement Manager, Contract Administration Coordinator, Sourcing, Customer Service, Financial Services, eCommerce, Technical Product Support, and other supported departments.
  • Use data to articulate customer story and/or work to address inconsistencies or anomalies.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess the technological capabilities to efficiently navigate the Grainger systems and software packages to support customers.
  • Ability to influence without authority and negotiate to make sound decisions and drive for best results while minimizing risk to the company.
  • Ability to stay with a position or plan of action until desired result is achieved or is no longer reasonably attainable.
  • Practices agility while working in a fast-paced environment and leads with a Continuous Improvement mindset regarding opportunities within processes and technologies.
  • Strong proficient Excel skills and ability to learn new, efficient ways to manipulate and share data.
  • Ability to multi-task, handle multiple priorities with agility, and perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
