Core Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy software solutions in accordance with business needs and technical requirements.

Engage with stakeholders to collect and evaluate requirements, converting them into technical specifications and application functionalities.

Produce clean, scalable, and efficient code, maintaining compliance with coding standards and industry best practices.


Formulate and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and performance testing, to guarantee software quality and reliability.

Diagnose and rectify software issues, including debugging, defect resolution, and performance enhancement.

Establish and uphold application monitoring and logging frameworks to proactively detect and resolve potential challenges.

Work alongside DevOps teams to optimize deployment workflows and integrate applications with current systems.

Document application architecture, code, and development methodologies to ensure effective communication and maintainability.

Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry developments, proposing and implementing enhancements to boost application performance and capabilities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

3+ years of experience as a Software Solutions Engineer or in a comparable position.

Expertise in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.

Familiarity with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL systems.

Understanding of software development frameworks, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

Strong analytical skills and the capability to troubleshoot intricate software issues.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with application security protocols and tools.

Experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
