Position Overview: We are seeking a Patient Registration Specialist at Mon Health to facilitate a seamless patient experience during the registration phase, playing a crucial role in ensuring precise admissions, billing, and overall patient care.
Educational Qualifications: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience:
- Preferred: At least one (1) year of experience in a healthcare office or hospital environment.
- Customer service experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with computers and multi-line telephone systems is beneficial.
Certifications/Licenses: CPR Certification must be obtained within the probationary period.
Physical Requirements:
- Medium Work: Capability to exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, up to 20 lbs. frequently, and up to 10 lbs. constantly.
