Culinary Specialist

Job Summary:

The Culinary Specialist is responsible for the preparation and service of meals for patients and staff at Universal Health Services. This role requires a high level of culinary expertise and attention to detail to ensure that meals are prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook meals for patients and staff in accordance with approved menus and production sheets.
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
* Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and implement special diets and meal programs for patients with specific needs.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Two years' experience in quantity cooking, preferred.
* Basic knowledge of modified diets and food service sanitation.
* Possession of food service food handler's permit as required.
