Culinary Specialist

The Culinary Specialist is responsible for preparing and serving meals to patients and staff at Kingwood Pines Hospital. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals to patients and staff
• Follow approved menu cycles and production sheets
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to achieve goals and objectives

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Two years' experience in quantity cooking, preferred
• Basic knowledge of modified diets
• Training in food service sanitation and possession of food service food handler's permit as required
