Hands-On Learning:
As an intern, you will actively engage in the creation of promotional content, integrated sales materials, and original digital media. This position is designed to bridge academic knowledge with practical experience, allowing you to shadow industry professionals and acquire valuable skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist producers in gathering materials for daily productions.
- Conduct research on emerging stories.
- Log and organize footage.
- Shadow producers during on-location shoots.
- Contribute to the development of digital content.
- Learn to write voice-over scripts and copy for promotions.
- Observe the editing process and how promotional spots are crafted.
- Help manage incoming materials and coordinate shoots.
- Understand the workflow of getting a promo on air.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.

Supervision and Evaluation:
This internship includes close supervision and aims to provide a meaningful learning experience. At the conclusion of your internship, you will receive a written evaluation from your supervisor.

Qualifications:
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Advanced skill level preferred due to project complexity.
- Collaborative mindset with a strong desire to learn.
- Previous internship experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with video editing software such as Premiere or After Effects is a plus.
- Coursework in writing, video editing, and video acquisition is beneficial.

Essential Skills:
- Writing: Arrive with a foundational understanding of AP style; this internship will refine your writing to produce compelling scripts and professional copy.
- Video Editing: Familiarity with timeline-based editing software like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro is required; you will learn to enhance and organize your footage into cohesive visual narratives.
- Video Acquisition: Ability to capture high-quality video and audio is essential; this role will help you develop your skills in identifying and capturing impactful content.

Deadline Management:
Adaptability and a sense of urgency are crucial in this fast-paced environment. You should be prepared to handle changing assignments with flexibility and focus on detail.
