We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Concierge to join our team at Spa Anjali, Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa. As a key member of our spa and boutique operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the ultimate success of our spa boutique.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-tier service to guests, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.
  • Uphold spa excellence by adhering to policies and procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and working flexible shifts.
  • Merchandise, label, and stock products, actively upselling to enhance guest experiences.
  • Answer phones, inform guests about services, book appointments, and assist with retail selection.
  • Monitor cleanliness of spa areas, assist in other spa departments, and promptly report service issues.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Top-notch organizational skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • POS experience and strong mathematical reasoning.
