Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Elmington Property Management. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical condition of our properties is maintained at the highest level.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
  • Respond to service requests from residents and complete repairs promptly.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform building maintenance and repairs.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work completed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of property maintenance and/or maintenance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, general carpentry, and appliance repairs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
