Job Summary: The Program Director position at Turning Point of Central California, Inc. requires a highly skilled individual to coordinate direct client care and supervise agency program staff. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service and leading a team, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include developing program activities, directing resident treatment, recruiting and screening facility staff, producing monthly reports, and ensuring compliance with proper chart documentation. You will work closely with the Social Worker to assure compliance with proper chart documentation and assist in the provision of direct services to clients.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of prior experience providing direct care or supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities. You should be one of the following: a Registered Behavior Technician, a Licensed Psychiatric Technician, or a Qualified Behavior Modification Professional. Additionally, you must complete the Registered Behavior Technician Training within 60 days of hire, maintain certification for duration of employment, and possess a current CCL Group Home Administrator Certification.

What We Offer: We provide a competitive salary of $68,780.22 - $90,510.10 per annum (Class 175), along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, Employee Assistance Program, Pension Fund, and many other voluntary benefits.
