Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership to our Pediatric Emergency Medicine Division, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and advancing the mission of Phoenix Children's.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes, quality, and safety.
- Collaborate with our Chief Operations Officer and other leaders to ensure the financial and operational success of our division.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to join our division, ensuring a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in pediatric emergency medicine, incorporating evidence-based practices into our division's care.
- Board certification in pediatric emergency medicine.
- Current Arizona medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date.
- Previous leadership experience in a pediatric emergency medicine division or similar setting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
