Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the purchase, stocking, and inventory of supplies, equipment, and services to meet quality and cost standards.
  • Assist with the analysis of new items, cost savings opportunities, and other business-related activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate capture of surgical services supply charges.

Education and Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field, with 2 years of supply chain experience, and at least 1 year in the healthcare industry.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in materials management, supply chain, and/or surgical services.

Licensure and Certification

  • Must be able to obtain certification as a Certified Sterile Processing Technician through SPSD or obtain the AHRMM Certification in Essentials of Purchasing and Essentials of Inventory Control within 24 months of hire.

Work Environment

  • 1.0 FTE.
  • Day rotation.
  • Varying shift start and end times.
  • No weekends or holidays.
  • No call obligation.
