Job Summary:

Culinary specialists at Essentia Health are responsible for providing high-quality food to customers through food service, cooking, baking, and basic food preparation. They maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhere to infection control guidelines, and follow dietary recipes and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals for customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:

  • Experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
  • Quantity food cooking experience or experience working in an institutional food services department
  • Serve Safe Certification required within 90 days of hire or transfer

Essential Qualifications:
