Key Responsibilities:- Provide competent clinical care to patients during office visits, ensuring all materials necessary for each new patient visit are available for clinicians prior to appointments.
- Act as a content expert in the specialty practice, guiding patients through the healthcare system and advocating for their needs.
- Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring seamless coordination of appointments and services.
- Provide education and resources to patients and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
- Identify and address barriers to care, connecting patients with resources and social support systems to ensure timely and appropriate treatment.
- Participate in practice hours and locations as needed, contributing to the success of the team.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in related field (Surgery/Oncology).
- Good computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
