Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Navigator to join our team at Tact Staff. As a Travel Nurse RN Navigator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and navigation services to patients undergoing surgery or cancer treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide competent clinical care to patients during office visits.
- Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Provide education and educational resources to patients and their families.
- Guide assigned patients through the healthcare system and act as a strong patient advocate.
- Support patients and families in coping with the psychological aspects of cancer.
- Coordinate appointments with providers for timely delivery of diagnostic and therapeutic services.
- Answer patient telephone calls and process information for appointment scheduling.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in related field (Surgery/Oncology).
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
