About the Opportunity:

Creative Financial Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for handling all facets of the company's finances, including payroll, invoicing, and accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and in a timely manner, including tax withholdings, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Handle all invoicing and billing processing.
  • Process accounts payable and ensure bank reconciliations are completed.
  • Oversee management and tracking of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plan, and other perks.
  • Collaborate with firm Principals, Practice Managers, and Project Managers to track project budgets, costs, and profitability.
  • Conduct monthly bookkeeping, asset tracking, billing, and payroll activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Payroll and AP/AR is a must.
  • Knowledge of Paychex, DelTek Vantagepoint, Vision, or Ajera is a plus.
  • Ability to stay focused and calm under pressure.
