Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming and engaging classroom space that fosters learning and growth.
  • Develop and implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, tailored to the unique needs of each child.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's progress and achievements.
  • Support the center's success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
  • Build relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment that promotes play and learning.
Requirements
  • One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
  • An associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
  • A genuine passion for the education and care of children.
