Position Overview:

  • Oversee purchasing and inventory management to optimize resources.

Qualifications:
  • A degree in Culinary Arts is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive culinary management experience.
  • Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude under pressure, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Passion for culinary excellence and knowledge of HACCP controls.
  • Experience in purchasing, food storage, and sanitation practices.
  • Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and inventory control.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and training capabilities.
  • Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and knowledge of safe food handling principles.
  • Adherence to the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior.
  • ServSafe or Department of Health certification is a plus.

Work Schedule:
The ideal candidate should be flexible and available to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
