Job Title: Civil Project Manager/Engineer-Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Manager/Engineer-Lead to join our team at J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. in St George, Utah.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide engineering design and project management services for civil engineering projects primarily focused on water, wastewater/sewer, storm water, and other infrastructure services in Utah.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide engineering design and project management services for civil engineering projects.
  • Participate in all phases of project development, design, and construction.
  • Analyze engineering data, interpret, and prepare plans and specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers and planners and public agencies for reports, design, and construction phase services.
  • Coordinate and support multi-disciplinary projects throughout the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure in the State of Utah.
  • 6+ years of qualified experience as a P.E.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Willingness to build a practice and mentor junior staff.
  • Proven technical background and skillset.
  • Multi-discipline civil engineering background with experience in the entire project development cycle.
  • Understanding of local municipal codes, and design/development standards.
  • Water resources engineering experience, including pressure and open channel flow modeling, design, and construction oversight is a plus.
