Job OpportunityAt J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Manager/Engineer-Senior to join our team in St George, Utah. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing engineering design and project management services for civil engineering projects primarily focused on water, wastewater/sewer, storm water, and other infrastructure services in Utah.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide engineering design and project management services for civil engineering projects.
  • Participate in all phases of project development, design, and construction.
  • Analyze engineering data, interpret, and prepare plans and specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers and planners and public agencies for reports, design, and construction phase services.
  • Coordinate and support multi-disciplinary projects throughout the company.
  • Provide leadership and mentor a team of professionals servicing southern Utah and Nevada and Northern Arizona.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure in the State of Utah.
  • 10+ years of qualified experience as a P.E. with 4+ years in project management and business development.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Willingness to build a practice and mentor junior staff.
  • Proven technical background and skillset.
  • Multi-discipline civil engineering background with experience in the entire project development cycle.
  • Understanding of local municipal codes, and design/development standards.
  • Water resources engineering experience, including pressure and open channel flow modeling, design, and construction oversight is a plus.

  • Competitive salary: $120,000 - $165,000 a year.
