About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Engineer for Construction Supervision. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical implementation of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with HOAI phases 8-9.
  • Deploy on construction sites, overseeing earthworks, special foundation engineering, civil and sewer engineering, structural engineering, and traffic facilities.
  • Ensure the correct and high-quality technical implementation of project plans.
  • Control costs and schedules, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Manage contracts and changes within the scope of project work.
Your Profile
  • Hold a degree in Civil Engineering (Dipl. Ing., M.Sc., B.Sc.).
  • Have relevant construction site experience (at least 3 years).
  • Be proficient in RIB iTWO and MS Project.
  • Be willing to travel to our construction sites within Germany and possess a class B driver's license.
  • Have negotiation skills in German (C1 level).
