Security Adjudicator with TS/SCI Clearance

The Adjudicator will be responsible for evaluating personnel security cases assigned by the Government. Each case will involve varying tasks, time commitments, and efforts necessary to produce a comprehensive written recommendation regarding sensitive security access decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and review assigned case files to determine the need for additional security processing to make informed adjudicative decisions.
2. Recommend necessary additional processing requirements to the Government if further investigation is warranted.
3. Review security processing results to extract relevant facts and data for final recommendations.
4. Conduct interviews with subjects via in-person meetings, phone calls, or written correspondence to gather clarifying information.
5. Collaborate with senior adjudicators, management, and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or gaps in information.
6. Thoroughly analyze case information to establish a connection between the subject's behavior and relevant security issues.
7. Prepare detailed final written recommendations using Government formats to facilitate informed decision-making regarding security access.
8. Maintain security files and ensure proper handling of sensitive documents, purging unnecessary materials with Government approval.
9. Deliver presentations to management and senior officials as required.
10. Administer notifications to clients as authorized, update data management systems, and follow up on case dispositions.
11. Safeguard all information obtained during the analysis from unauthorized disclosure and return all notes to the Government.
12. Respond promptly to Government inquiries regarding the status of pending cases or other adjudicative support tasks.
13. Provide draft recommendations for all cases worked, incorporating Government feedback into final submissions.
14. Complete cases as directed by the Government and may conduct spot checks on previously closed adjudicative decisions.
15. Potentially offer training and briefings on adjudication processes to Government and industry personnel, subject to approval.
16. Submit monthly reports detailing case activities, including the number of cases opened and closed, interviews conducted, and recommendations made.
Qualifications:
Required Experience: 5+ years in a related field.
Security Clearance Level:
TS/SCI with Polygraph.
