  • Collect work order updates and create work orders at client request
Requirements
  • High school degree or higher
  • 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, facility/property management, operations, or commercial real estate
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with online platforms
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
