Audiologist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at the Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration. As an Audiologist, you will be responsible for providing audiological services to patients, including assessment and treatment of auditory and balance disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct audiological assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with hearing and balance disorders.
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and their families on the management of hearing and balance disorders.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in audiology and speech pathology.
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Audiology (AUD) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure to practice audiology in a United States state, territory, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.
  • Experience in audiology and speech pathology, preferably in a healthcare setting.
