About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to join our team at Amazon Ads, where you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our advertising business.

As a Senior Product Manager Technical, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a bold customer-focused defect reduction product strategy and vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute a product roadmap that meets the needs of our customers.
  • Work back from our customers by learning from their feedback, behavioral measurements, and other data sources to identify pain points and ensure we are building the right features over time.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze metrics to measure the impact of potential defective ad experiences, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
  • Communicate effectively with partners and senior leadership to present new product ideation, product strategies, progress updates, and business recommendations to drive alignment and create a buy-in for defect reduction initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
