Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Desk Agent to join our team at Teleperformance USA. As a Service Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Incident Management: Assist users through various communication channels, including phone, chat, email, and tickets raised via our portal, following proper incident management processes and procedures.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Log, validate, and diagnose user issues with a range of products and applications, providing solutions through information gathering, analytical troubleshooting, and problem research.
  • Escalation and Management: Escalate and manage interactions to agreed service levels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues.
  • Quality Management: Demonstrate excellent customer service in all user interactions, adhering to the principles and procedures of our quality management system.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of any bachelor's degree course or undergraduate completed at least 2 years with 2 years relevant work experience.
  • Language Proficiency: Language proficiency in English is a must, with Japanese, Bahasa, and/or Mandarin preferred.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of computer systems, excellent communication skills, and passion for customer service.
