Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team of retail professionals. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our convenience store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Motivate and guide your team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Store Operations: Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and maintained to meet our high standards.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales across all product categories.
- Expense Control: Manage store expenses effectively, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and develop a team of retail professionals, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop new team members, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Safety and Motivation: Promote a safe and motivating work environment, encouraging team members to take ownership of their work and strive for excellence.
Requirements:
- Age: 18 years or older (varies by state)
- Experience: Retail and/or food management experience
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a customer-centric mindset
- Certifications: Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle
