The Supervisor of Food Services is responsible for directing the activities involved in the preparation and service of daily meals to our patients and customers while maintaining quality, sanitation, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise food service staff to ensure efficient and effective meal preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement food service policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Manage food inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience in food service management.

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles, including HACCP.
  • Ability to lead and motivate food service staff to achieve high-quality meal service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
