Scheduling Coordinator

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide concierge-level customer service to patients, referring offices, and team members via phone, in-person, or electronic communication.
- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Answer phones promptly and schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction and provider time.
- Prepare daily schedules for each provider and manage patient flow to reduce wait times.
- Assist patients as needed and maintain confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of customer service experience required.
