Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and service, ensuring a positive experience for our patients and their families.
- Manage the doctor's schedule, ensuring efficient use of their time and minimizing delays.
- Communicate effectively with patients, referring offices, and team members, both verbally and in writing.
- Update and maintain patient insurance information, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
- Collect payments from patients in a professional and respectful manner.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, working closely with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of our practice.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of customer service experience, preferably in a medical or dental setting.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and referring offices.
- Basic office skills, including typing and filing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
