Customer Service Specialist

At Sherwin-Williams, we are committed to helping our customers bring their visions to life. As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our wholesale and retail customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
- Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently meet sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintain precise work order files and formulas, and pull products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- You must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
- You must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
- You must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
- A valid, unrestricted Driver's License is highly desirable.
- At least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position is preferred.
- Prior experience selling paint and paint-related products, as well as operating tinting and mixing equipment, is also beneficial.
We offer an estimated salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
