Key Responsibilities
  • Performing preventative maintenance and basic repair activities on generators and components at customer sites
  • Engaging with customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Applying specialized tools and following documented procedures and policies to diagnose and complete basic repairs
  • Completing required documentation, such as service worksheets and timesheets
  • Completing training in line with skill and business requirements
  • Adhering to all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation
Requirements
  • Broad mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance abilities
  • High Voltage/Low Voltage experience
  • Capable of electrical repair and maintenance with minimal supervision
  • Locally valid driving permit
Compensation and Benefits

Additional Requirements
  • A current valid CDL is required for this role
  • This role requires a 5-year motor vehicle report, free of major violations
  • This role is subject to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) drug and alcohol testing requirements and ongoing random drug and alcohol testing
  • This role requires applicant to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical
  • This role is subject to Department of Transportation (DOT) driving regulations, including Hours of Service and Electronic Log Booking Device use
  • Federal law requires operators of commercial vehicles to be 21 years of age or older
