Job Opportunity: Maintenance Technician

Elevation Real Estate and Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to perform general maintenance and construction duties with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for making regular repairs to buildings and equipment, ensuring all maintenance duties are completed by work order deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Management Supervisor and Property Manager to maintain the physical condition of properties according to company operating and safety standards.
  • Diagnose and correct standard maintenance problems according to schedule.
  • Ensure service requests and repairs are performed correctly and promptly.
  • Assist the Management Supervisor with organizing and prioritizing service requests, make-readies, and general maintenance tasks.
  • Support the Management Supervisor in overseeing make-ready operations, ensuring vacant units are rent-ready, and complying with maintenance budgetary guidelines.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent GED is required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a maintenance role is required.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
  • A Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued HVAC certifications are preferred.
