- Drive transformation by implementing innovative solutions, influencing decisions, and managing change through effective collaboration and a customer-centric mindset.
- Provide expert knowledge in functional areas, anticipating the needs of stakeholders.
- Engage in both technical and functional design discussions to ensure that requirements are well-defined and verifiable.
- Capable of identifying and crafting test scenarios, cases, and scripts as necessary, while leading the UAT process.
- Ensure adherence to development and testing environment standards. Conduct Environment Readiness assessments to confirm mapping for boundary systems, master data, integration layers, and readiness of partner systems.
- Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans to validate software functionality and compliance with business specifications.
- Manage reporting on test project status, track defects, and conduct risk evaluations.
- Collaborate with designated IS&T, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Development teams to provide a robust platform for business users to perform UAT.
- Coordinate efforts with internal UAT teams, both onsite and remote.
- Develop and sustain essential UAT documentation to ensure adequate structure for project success (e.g., UAT Kickoff, UAT Planning, etc.).
- Facilitate testing related to projects and document lessons learned.
- Provide timely updates and escalate critical risks to project management and senior leadership.
- Measure and monitor outcomes to achieve business objectives.
