Position Overview:
Join our team at Bluegreen Vacations as a Front Desk/Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. As the first point of contact, your warm welcome and exceptional service will set the tone for their stay.
Work Schedule:
This is a Full-Time position with shifts from Friday to Tuesday. Your hours will include Monday and Tuesday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, along with mid shifts or evening shifts on Friday to Sunday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests and managing check-in/check-out processes.
- Provide detailed information about accommodations and ensure a pleasant guest experience.
- During Night Auditor shifts, reconcile accounts and process invoices accurately.
- Maintain accountability for front desk cash drawers and report any discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with security to uphold a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest services or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting.
- Preferred 1 year of experience as a Night Auditor.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively while maintaining quality.
- Basic computer proficiency is required.
