Job Summary

Ogletree Deakins is seeking a highly skilled Labor and Employment Law Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our traditional labor practice group, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and representation to clients on a wide range of labor and employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in traditional labor matters, including union organizing campaigns, unfair labor practice charges, and National Labor Relations Board trials.
  • Provide training and counseling to clients on traditional labor issues.
  • Draft policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of California.
  • Must have at least 3+ years of traditional labor experience.
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
  • Strong writing and public speaking skills are required.
  • Oustanding academic credentials preferred (Top 25% of class).

  • A competitive salary range of $180,000 to $255,000.
