We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Officer (CSO) Support to contribute to our esteemed organization. This position is vital in managing various accounts related to Charitable Foundation Services (CFS), Institutional Client Services (ICS), and Retirement Plan Services (RPS) under the Bank's trust. Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, prospects, partners, and Centers Of Influence (COIs) is essential in this role.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key contact for clients, officers, CPAs, auditors, attorneys, and other support teams. Ensure prompt responses to information inquiries and effective management of assigned relationships.
  • Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) by coordinating client strategies, organizing support, logistical arrangements, and utilizing client relationship management software.
  • Regularly review assigned relationships to ensure adherence to document requirements and departmental policies. Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations, and aid in implementing efficiencies.
  • Carry out various administrative tasks and responsibilities as needed.
This role will require the use of standard office equipment and personal computers to efficiently perform daily tasks.

Essential Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  2. Experience: Level I - 3 years of experience in related fields; Level II - 4 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and banking software is necessary.
  3. Technical Skills: Competence with personal computers and relevant software. Strong communication and customer service skills are crucial.
  4. Additional Job Qualifications: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Capacity to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
