Job Summary and Qualifications
The Cardiac Cath Lab RN Manager is responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care through effective oversight of daily operations and staffing within the unit.
The Manager will monitor and assess nursing care delivery in alignment with established protocols, holding staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes to meet facility objectives.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice or an approved compact state is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical leadership experience is required.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center is a well-established facility known for its high-quality healthcare services, including being the first Accredited Chest Pain Center in the region.
