Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac Cath Lab at TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center. As a Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our cardiovascular program.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to adult patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures, including preparation, procedure, and recovery.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs, medical information, and any changes in their condition.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Current, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee.
  • Two (2) years' experience as a Critical Care staff nurse, preferably in intensive care nursing (ICU/ER).
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
