Key Responsibilities
- Build and sustain positive relationships with prospective students by delivering precise information about academic programs that align with their career aspirations.
- Engage with prospective students through various communication channels including phone, email, web chat, and SMS.
- Support and monitor students throughout the admissions and enrollment journey.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a Master's degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in consultative sales, online education, customer service, admissions, or recruitment, with a preference for outbound call center experience.
- Familiarity with the learning theories and motivations of non-traditional adult students.
- Outstanding closing abilities while maintaining a calm, welcoming, and empathetic demeanor.
- Capability to think quickly and implement innovative strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence clients, partners, and colleagues.
- Skill in aligning individual aspirations with a strategic framework.
