Responsibilities:
  • Provide visionary leadership and direction to the Neuro & Stroke Intermediate Care Unit team

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and hospital policies
  • Foster a culture of professional development and growth among team members
  • Promote a patient-first approach and ensure seamless communication among stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • 3-4 years progressive nursing experience, with a focus on leadership and management
  • Master's degree in Nursing or a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Specialty certification in Nursing Administration or a related field
  • Experience working in a Magnet-designated hospital
