Job Description

The Normal Brand is a rapidly expanding apparel company that sells clothing and accessories online and in over 500 stores across the US. Our 2nd retail brick-and-mortar store in a prominent location is open, and we're seeking highly motivated, personable, and goal-oriented Keyholders. The store is an experience where a clean, enjoyable, and fun environment is of utmost importance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Inspire and lead the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Facilitate retail sales and suggestive selling to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Normal Brand standards.
  • Educate and train the team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager on initiatives and projects.
  • Promote a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
  • Embody a culture of respect and open communication.
  • Ensure store security and integrity.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in Shopify and Shopify POS.
  • Excellent fashion sense and style.
  • Self-awareness and a growth mindset.
  • Humble, Hungry, and Smart.
  • Eager to learn through feedback and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hard working, team player, and goal-oriented.
  • People person - approachable, friendly, and positive.
  • Inventory integrity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • 20-30 hours a week to maintain part-time status, up to 40 hours during peak business.
