About the Role

The Keyholder is a vital member of our retail team, responsible for assisting with daily store operations. This includes sales, client experience, and safeguarding store assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client experience and support sales team in achieving sales goals.
  • Understand and embody the Lilly Pulitzer lifestyle, client, merchandise, and heritage.
  • Drive sales by actively focusing on clients and demonstrating Lilly Pulitzer selling culture.
  • Maintain accuracy in cash transactions and ensure store visual and operational standards are met.
  • Act as an elevated team member, exercising decision-making and multitasking capabilities.
  • Positively resolve client-related issues and provide feedback to store management on selling opportunities and successes.

Requirements

  • Prior supervisory experience in fashion or retail industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Apple technology.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and be on feet during shift hours.

Working Conditions

  • This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position based in-store at our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location.
  • Flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required.
  • Collaboration with other team members is essential in alignment with our Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities.
