About the Role:
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting students into our CDL training program. You will develop and maintain partnerships with trucking companies, community organizations, and local businesses to drive growth. Additionally, you will manage accurate student databases and state files per local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit student drivers for our 4-week CDL training program.
- Host potential students for in-office enrollment appointments.
- Follow up on potential student leads provided by our marketing and call center teams.
- Act as a Business Development Specialist, developing new opportunities and expanding relationships in your local market.
- Build and maintain partnerships with local governmental agencies and community organizations to promote and market your branch.
- Attend and host community events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to expand your reach.
- Provide support to students from enrollment through graduation.
- Manage all day-to-day operations of your local 160 Driving Academy branch.
- Open and close the office daily.
- Maintain accurate student and state records.
- Complete enrollment paperwork and process tuition payments where applicable.
- Foster long-lasting professional relationships with students to support their long-term career success.
Requirements:
- Sales or business development experience is a plus.
- Microsoft Office skills; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management, business, or a related field.
