Job Title: Customer Engagement Expert

**Compensation:** $25 - $28 per hour (contract/hybrid)

Responsibilities:

The Customer Engagement Expert will serve as the primary point of contact for commercial banking customers using Client's Treasury Management platforms. This role requires maintaining and expanding customer relationships by delivering top-notch customer support services, proactively addressing potential problems and compliance issues, and optimizing client satisfaction while driving relationship growth.

Main Tasks:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution over the phone and via email
  • Support customers in navigating online platforms and Treasury Management products using the Bank's servicing tools, such as emulation and co-browsing
  • Stay up-to-date on bank systems through regular training and knowledge base expansion

Essential Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or relevant work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in the financial services sector

Desirable Skills:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service and problem resolution skills
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with department-specific systems
