Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at Physician Affiliate Group of New York. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our diverse patient population.
Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to underserved patients
- Collaborate with mid-level providers to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Supervise and mentor junior physicians to develop their skills
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Annual base salary: $205,000 (board eligible), $210,000 (board certified)
- Additional compensation for extra call or sessional/per diem hours
- 401(k) company contribution: 3% immediately vested, 7% after one year of service
- Annual continuing medical education (CME) reimbursement
- Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay
