Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Parsons.

Responsibilities- Primary Care Physician needed to attend to underserved patient population
- Robust analytic support from Office of Ambulatory Care & Population Health
- Access provided to NYC Health + Hospitals Quality Academy training for emerging leaders
- Responsible for the supervision of mid-level providers
- Arrange patient session schedules that allow for both scheduled and non-emergent unscheduled (walk-in) visits by their primary care patients
- Board Eligible or Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Annual Base Salary: $205,000* (board eligible); $210,000* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week
- Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours
- Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520
- 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
- After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
